We're so delighted that we went with TBC. TBC completed major works on our property - structural works, full electrics/re-wiring, plumbing, tiling, decorating, new flooring, new bathroom etc. etc. TBC were so professional throughout and had all the relevant knowledge with regards to certificates and approvals needed. They worked incredibly hard and to the highest quality. They have been readily available to come over and finish off the final snags. We look forward to working with TBC again for our loft!

He responded straight away with his quote and I found him very reassuring when he explained on the phone how he would carry out the job and how he was able to complete the job within a week, which was perfect timing for us. Disappointing .. aesthetically radiator looks great but the heating system kept loosing pressure after the install, had to be adjusted through the boiler. It was fine before the replacement. The guy, who came back to look at it once but it kept on happening. They were due to carry out a boiler serviced 3/4 days later and fix the pressure at the same time but they never showed up. I have had to rectify the pressure myself as they did not go round the house and look at each radiator. Wouldn't use again

Krzysztof did a great job fitting 2 showers, decorating ensuite, changing all the taps and 2 showers, and doing a number of small fixes and improvements in the flat. I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. He finished the job with high quality and with just a small delay despite of a good amount of obstacles (we did painting in parallel). Would definitely recommend Chris's services!

I had my boiler replaced by Jay. I was told by other tradesmen that I could not have this particular brand fitted because it would be too difficult & costly. He had no problem fitting it at all & also at a competitive rate. He ordered the parts required for compliance & was respectful, professional & efficient. The mark down was only due to an issue with the disposal of the old boiler. Overall, I would certainly recommend & will use their services again
