I hired Mark to replace a pump for my water cylinder specifically asking if he provides with a job report as I needed it to claim from my home insurance. He confirmed he will do.. Job was done, I paid same day but never got a report. I contacted him in total 8 (!!) times. Once he said he will do it by the end of the day, then tomorrow then he just ignored me. As a result my claim was denied because of absence of paperwork. This is disgraceful. Be aware.

Viktor stepped in when my builder had to attend to a family crisis and I was up against some hard deadlines. Communication was excellent. Great chap, friendly, polite and thorough, with a good eye for detail. He tiled my hall entrance way beautifully.
