Hi,i have been in the building trade for 35 years mostly bricklaying, building houses, extensions, garages, brick and stone walls, but also do slabbing.roofing concreting ,RSJ installation ,and block paving.public liability insured.
We were stuck in very stressful, difficult situation and Russel was the only builder interested in building our extension. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. Very unhappy with work completed. Unsafe working practices by team. Roof has more leaks than prior to works starting Damage to asbestos panels Poor workmanship Optimal roofing now ignoring my attempts to contact them. I have had a full house refurb using many contractors and have never experienced anything resembling the appalling standards set by Optimal or their lack of attempt to resolve . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am now 1k out of pocket and will have to pay another contractor to fix damage caused
