A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. I couldn't be happier with the service provided by the Kierda Construction. We renovated our porch, toilet and bathroom (completely gutted). Quote was clear. Peter came round and replaced our upstairs toilet and sink along with removing and replacing tiling and laying a new vinyl floor for us. He was very quick to quote and helped us a lot with recommending places to buy the new toilet and sink from. His workmanship and attention to detail was superb, he worked very hard and he took pride in the work he did every step of the way. Really disappointed. Lovely guy, good workmanship but unbelievably unreliable. You have to chase really hard, he will tell you he's coming and then nothing. No communication, no arrival and no work. Started a job for us in August, it's now January and not complete. Given up on him. If you want a 2 week job to take 5 months and still be incomplete.....then he's highly recommended.
