Norman and the guys turned up ready to work last Saturday morning and it was not long before they had the system drained and the old thermal store removed. They then began the complicated task of plumbing in an unvented hot water cylinder into the existing circuit. When they finished they diligently cleaned up and made sure everything was polished. With regard to budget the category "up to £100" is the lowest limit one can specify on this site, with regard to VAT there was never any suggestion that this should not be paid. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.
