Vinny removed a rotting timber beam and replaced it with a steel beam. It sounds simple but I saw skill and experience producing an excellent job. Take my word for it because the beam is now hidden by a coat of render, looking exactly as it did before.

Thank you Matt for converting our garage space into new office space. The job was challenging and Matt has kept us updated all of the way and dealt with any problem big or small. The whole process has been smooth from start to finish and we feel that the end results speaks for itself...superb! Matt turned up on time every day and put long hours in and stayed very late some nights, all in the name of getting our job finished on time. We will not hesitate to use Matt in the future. Poor communication and lack of project management skills and honesty leaves something to be desired of this company. A 4 week job turned into a 16 week job due to the fact that the sub contractor was not released monies to purchase materials although I paid a hefty 30% deposit and further 30% before up to roof level. I would recommend Carl the sub contractor that did the work but wouldn't recommend CM Masonry. The sub contractor did a good job thankfully so the end result is good.
