A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. I hired HB Property Services to carry out alterations to a door at a rental property I own. The initial finish looked good, but the door no longer closed properly afterwards and required a return visit at additional cost. While I can’t be certain the issue was caused by the work, we had no prior problems. More concerning was my tenant’s experience, describing the contractor as unprofessional and making her feel uncomfortable. I will not use them again.

Came very quickly and completed the job (like-for-like electric shower replacement) satisfactorily, my only gripe is the price/cost. Said it would be about £250 - £350 at the start, on completion of the job the price had gone up to £480 and he wanted it in cash. Not much I could do when the job's finished and the guy's standing in the house wanting to be paid. On reflection I feel I have been overcharged and should have waited for the other responses to come in but needed it doing.
