Very quick response to my initial post although identifying the probable source of the leak took some time. After I accepted their quotation for remediation there was quite a wait for the bathroom team to become available. When work started the team were knowledgeable, explaining the various issues that they encountered and offering sensible solutions. The work was finished in 2 days and everything was left clean and tidy. I thoroughly recommend this company.

Hi I’m Ricky of third generation electrical, lets start with the name.... so as I’m sure you’ve guessed I’m a third generation electrician following on from my grandfather and father. We have over 100years experience in the electrical trade under our belts combined and I grew up helping out both my grandfather and father to earn my pocket money. Now at the age of 35 and nearly 20 years experience myself I’ve decided to set up third generation electrical and put all the knowledge we have gained to good use in and around Bristol, the company is new and it’s just me working atm but who knows where we could be in 2019?? One thing I can promise is I will always be somewhere when I say I will and I’m very punctual also cleanliness is a must so will always have a dust sheet and tidy up behind myself. Rhys was excellent; he first came to look at the works I needed in detail. Which after provided a detailed quote. He took the time to explain things when I did not understand. He gave the available options of what could be done and also provided his recommendation. He worked extremely clean and was really dedicated to his work.
