We are a period/listed property restoration company. We specialise in traditional materials and methods. Often our work is to Identity and rectify damp issues which arise from the use of modern materials on period properties where breathable materials are imperative for the buildings features and characteristics to function. Once the breathability of the property is compromised damp issues will occur. We offer damp assessments for your property with a full report to guide you in the right direction eradicating current and future damp issues. We needed a bathroom ceiling repaired and plastered quickly. Ian was very prompt in quoting vert competitively and we engaged him. He worked very well, very tidy (lots of protective coverings on the floor etc). Did the bond coat, and returned next day to skim - it looks really great. Well done, and would certainly recommend him. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now.
