A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. We're so delighted that we went with TBC. We agreed the work. The guys were available quickly. After starting, they needed to borrow my wheelbarrow, SDS drill and crow bar. Midway, they suggested the job should change as all the damaged patio tiles under the gutter outlet were not damaged by water run off, but the cement beneath them being too hard. The grout they put in washed away. They came and fixed it.

James did a good day's work. He was joined by work mate Craig. They erected a pagoda. James started to sand my path and patios. He said he would come back on Monday to finish. He didn't. I called him again and on four different occasions he volunteered a day to come but didn't. I foolishly paid James in full. They left garden debris which took us several hours to clear up. I called James to politely say we would finish the sanding ourselves if we knew where he was up to. He has severed all contact.

I'm afraid that Alex DECORs had to return to site as he had over-drilled into the brickwork and the metal gate hinges started to fail after 2 weeks! . I even had to spend another £16 on strong adhesive to complete the repair. Incompetent. And he refused to issue me with an invoice. Please avoid.

The job was to cut back a severely overgrown patch of garden. Chris & his team, Adrian & Cosmin, gave me a competitive quote, after coming to visit the site to assess what needed to be done. They started next day and completed the job quickly and to my complete satisfaction. The site was cleaned up & all waste taken away. I will definitely use them again and strongly recommend them.
