I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Kind, curteous and professional in his attention to detail. Sam put up 5 heavy oak shelves, with metal brackets in the kitchen. They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. Oli is superb. Tidy, conscious, and adaptable. He stripped out the plasterboard walls and studwork in our home prior to remodelling. He worked quickly and confidently and respected our home. Whilst stripping out he came across some asbestos and he dealt with it appropriately, contacting an asbestos registered colleague and bagging it up and safety removing it at a very reasonable cost. We plan on using him again soon
