I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. Phil was great with the job we wanted done in our utility room. It was delayed slightly due to late delivery of some of the supplies, but Phil stayed on top of that and kept me informed with updates whenever he got them. On the day he was punctual, friendly and tidy, and did the work to a high standard.

Dragos worked six days a week to keep me informed of progress, answered all my questions, and identified practical solutions to unforeseen problems, supported by detailed costings . He was always present to supervise his team of 2-4 workers, and personally completed the most complex roofing, piping and guttering jobs himself to a high standard.

What can I say. Darrell is amazing. The workmanship is beyond perfect. Darrell listens to what you want and carries out the job to the highest quality and finish. My boiler has never looked so good.
