I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Ryan basically saved my bacon when my flat roof collapsed a week before I was due to go on holiday. Arrived on time. Presented himself clearly and politely . On being shown the job he asked a number of clearly expressed questions and made some measurements. I asked a number of questions which were answered precisely. I accepted his quotation and he began the work immediately. This was a very challenging job which had been has been attempted unsuccessfully on two previous occasions by others. The work was skilfully completed to my satisfaction and the working area was cleaned. I am delighted with the work
