I am a self employed Carpenter and Joiner and specialise in fitting kitchens, bespoke/built-in furniture and storage solutions and laying wooden flooring. I also work with a small team on larger projects, consisting of me, a fully qualified plumber, a fully qualified electrician, a plasterer and tiler and a decorator. As a team we fit Bathrooms, Large Kitchens, and undertake Full House Renovations. Although I am a relatively young carpenter, I am not inexperienced and have been doing this sort of work for over 8 years, and definitely feel I have something to prove when it comes to my trade knowledge and quality of workmanship. Hi I'm Richard from South Norwood. First of all I would like to thank you for reading my profile. I'm a sole trader with over forty years experience in home and office improvement and repair. I have worked on a sub-contract basis for a reputable local company for over thirty-five years. My main trades are partitioning, fitting kitchens and bathrooms including plumbing, floor and wall tiling and decorating. I'm also experienced in other trades such as fitting laminate flooring and decking, carpentry and plasterboarding walls and ceilings. I believe it takes no longer to do a good job than it does to do a poor one. I had a High school education and attained o-levels in English, Maths, Geography and Technical drawing. I also am a qualified first aider and I take a refresher course every three years.
Richard did a superb job in putting up shelves, coat rails and curtains for us. He was bang on time, efficient and an absolute pro. He was also an absolutely lovely chap too, a pleasure to talk to and I felt completely comfortable leaving him to work while I worked upstairs. I couldn't recommend Richard highly enough.

Leon and Ashley did a very good job on my floors. I was unable to move my lounge furniture as for being too heavy. They did it with great care and arranging my room for me once the job was finished. A couple friends visited on Sunday and were amazed with the results Even Bow ( my German Shepherd) noticed the change and kept looking and sniffing at the floor. I really appreciated them working so hard they were given plenty of coffees, cokes, plus burger and chips. Thank you -Linda
