I hired HB Property Services to carry out alterations to a door at a rental property I own. Musa was polite and pleasant to deal with, but his team were extremely careless and messy, leaving everything- sofas, TV, bedding etc uncovered and the flat thick with dust after day 1. Flooring was laid with mismatched shades, as the supplier delivered some packs in a different colour, which the contractors should have noticed. I didn’t spot it at first due to the mess, but once cleaned the difference was obvious. Although we agreed on a price adjustment, I’ve been left with a patchy floor that’s not ideal

Did a fabulous job on my back yard concrete patio which was crumbling in places and needed levelling. Also suggested adding another step to a rather steep step in place already which made perfect sense and he did a great job with that too. Took 1 day and sent photos of the site after work.
