Hired to fix my guttering and they have done a brilliant job, they came to check and work out what the problem is and gave me a reasonable quote, they arranged a date and time to carry out the work and the leak and guttering issues are completely gone. Would highly recommend.

Due to the roofer making substandard repairs to my roof last year, a continuos leak caused the landing ceiling to collapse. I put the job on the 'rated people' app and withing a few hours, Richard Hunter from R&H roofing got in touch. He was very reassuring on the phone, so I made an appoint for him to survey the job. The lads arrived on time for the survey and were very polite and courteous. They carried out a very thourough and efficient survey, pointing out the problems and showing me the evidence.

With the recent weather come our issues with both our flat kitchen roof and our main roof ridge tiles along with a few other missing tiles dotted around. RECOMMENDED did complete roof including trusses - 3 floors up an extremely awkward design, removed a large, disused 4 port chimney, replaced the fascia boards and secured the gutters / downpipes. His price was not the cheapest - but it was a comprehensive - no down payment. I had confidence that he would do a thorough job - and he did! He was very communicative, sent daily progress images, videos, video calls. His team cracked on quickly and did a really fantastic job. I'm a professional property developer.

Not a good experience. Quoted £600 to replace 2 pieces of trellis, fix fence posts and do a general garden tidy up. In total he spent 1/2 a day on the job, so very expensive. The garden tidy was ok if cursory. The job on the trellis was unfortunately not adequate. The fence posts weren't secured, so it remained wobbly, leaning to one side, the trellis wasn't on straight and was split in some places by the screws he's used. Less than 3 months later the trellis fell down. He refused to refund for the labour.
