I'm afraid that Alex DECORs had to return to site as he had over-drilled into the brickwork and the metal gate hinges started to fail after 2 weeks! . I even had to spend another £16 on strong adhesive to complete the repair. Incompetent. And he refused to issue me with an invoice. Please avoid.

3 stars for Ahmad + crew for quality work and professionalism. They went above and beyond, moving flooring from the kerb to our apartment and shifting furniture. Crucially, they installed it without removing skirting, which others said was impossible. The floor looks excellent, but some snags have emerged. Ahmad has promised to return, and I am waiting for that final visit. When Ahmad comes back and finishes these bits, I will elevate this to the 5 stars he deserves for his excellent work and attitude.

Booked Christian for carpet fitting and paid a £200 deposit. He failed to turn up on the agreed day while I was waiting at the property, then sent vague, last-minute excuses about damaged materials. Phone calls were ignored and communication was evasive. Confidence lost due to the lack of professionalism and reliability, totally wasted my day, and I had to cancel and now pursue recovery of the deposit. Vitaliy kept me daily updated regarding the process & was present on the job each day. The quote was detailed & competitive & final cost close to the original.
