Archie was fantastic. He deserves the five stars given. Not only did he come in at the budget provided, but communicated several times and promptly on text and email. He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

He showed such attention to detail and was very considerate cleaning up at the end of each day. I had ordered the wrong size of door and he kindly helped with collecting the correct ones as they would not have fit in my car. I would recommend him to my friends/neighbours.
