Did an excellent job with the blockwork at a good price and a good job with the plastering, which was little bit more expensive, but worth the assurance of having the same person do both jobs. Did you know that most lofts can be converted as long as you have 2.3m from ceiling to top of ridge and you no longer require full planning most can be done through permitted development but we recommend that all clients obtain a certificate of lawfulness with there build it’s just better practice of you come to sell your property later on
