Stewart my work partner and myself Adam, combined have over 60 years experience in the building industry. We run a small friendly team of committed guys that have everyone in mind when it comes to health and safety and maintaining a clean and tidy work site with minimal disruption while works commence. Our primarily trades are carpentry/joinery, bricklaying, plumbing, plastering and landscaping. however Stewart and i alone have served lengthy apprenticeships with our fathers and right from the off have turned our hands to all aspects of the building trade. Most importantly we value our customers criteria and strive to go the extra mile in both keeping to strict rota and maintain the job is not only completed within the time frame but to a high standard. We honour our good reputation of being punctual and polite and most importantly easily approachable combined making it an easy working atmosphere which we feel is vitally important. We the team at Artisan's construction look forward to meeting new people and taking on new challenges, The dexterity of work we have undertaken is so varied but generally based around the property development aspect for example... extensions, loft conversions, renovations, layout alterations, roofing, ceramic tiling, landscaping and so much more. We have had years of dealings with building control planning and developing and a good able knowledge of using architectural drawings and structural engineers reports. Where and when appropriately we have an electrician and plumber on the team that can competently carry out works and sign off respectively. Sam built the brick and block walls and roof for our 40m2 first floor extension. The first thing he did was point out that a previous builder we had in had used the wrong bricks, then he found us the right ones. A good start. Always quiet, considerate, unflustered and a good choice of music. Very good at cleaning up afterwards. Brickwork is excellent: the window fitters commented on the accuracy of the openings. The price was good and was as quoted, so no nasty surprises. Highly recommended.

Laszlo did a great job helping us renovate a three bedroom house to a standard spec. They arrived on time every day and went out of their way to help us. Stripped all existing wallpaper and did great prep and painting. We ended up using their services for other parts of the project. Highly recommended. Fair prices.

As with any roof repair, it is a scary process as you need to have confidence in the person you hire. I was happy with the quote, and whilst he was on the roof, he took pictures to show me what was wrong. There was no upselling either, just specifics to what needed to be done. Arrived in good time, kept me informed and tidied up afterwards. I asked for extra work to be completed on the gable end, and that was completed in good time. Very happy. I will paint the ceiling and see if any stains reappear.
