Ryan was punctual at all times. His communication skills are excellent. Ryan and the team worked efficiently and effectively. The finish on the job was good. I believe that he diagnosed correctly the problem with the roof. I can’t confirm yet whether the leak has been resolved. I’ll have to wait until it rains!

Mr Kefford responded to my quote request quickly, visited that afternoon. I'd initially asked for a tile replacement, but we discussed other work I thought might need doing and he gave me options, explanations and a realistic view of what actually needed doing, which I appreciated and which influenced my choosing him. I can't recommend Tom highly enough. He's a lovely friendly chap and supremely good at what he does. He put up 4 pairs of new curtains and the poles as well as taking down the old ones. Everything is looking fab and perfectly positioned and the curtain poles will not be coming down in a hurry! Everywhere left spotless too. I'll definitely be in touch the next time I need work doing.
