We are a period/listed property restoration company. We specialise in traditional materials and methods. Often our work is to Identity and rectify damp issues which arise from the use of modern materials on period properties where breathable materials are imperative for the buildings features and characteristics to function. Once the breathability of the property is compromised damp issues will occur. We offer damp assessments for your property with a full report to guide you in the right direction eradicating current and future damp issues. Can not rate Steve highly enough, The standard or work was superb, his approach to the project was professional and very organised. The project it self was a complete renovation consisting of creating a large open plan kitchen / diner and family space. this involved a complete relocation of kitchen which not only came in on time but also in budget. The Family is thrilled with the finish and enjoy living in the space. Brilliant.

Jimmy came round to give us a quote very soon after we had asked for a workman. We needed soundproofing on two floors and carpets and underlay fitted on two floors and the stairwells plus landings. His workmanship and professionalism were excellent. He is extremely reliable and we would have no hesitation is recommending him. Pip is an excellent all rounder but is inclined to spend too much time on tasks if not supervised, which can be costly if employed on a day rate. In my experience, Pip should make more effort to separate his tools from others in order to avoid confusion of ownership.
