I had them replace a 3 panel fence and install a new 2 panel fence. They were quick to attend, and quick to provide a quote, which was by close of play that day. Got some good advice on my requirements and seemed happy to discuss options and different ways of achieving the same end. Was able to be on site within 2 days and most importantly, turned up on time. Main task of laying wood was top class. Reasons for the mixed review: - As part of cost, was promised beading that would colour match the wood, but he turned up with different colour beading and it was left to me to varnish it - door needed to be trimmed because the wooden floor was at a raised height - was cut incorrectly. He promised to return and fix the door and lay a bridge to the carpeted hallway if I paid him in full which I did. Despite me following up, he never returned which I find dishonest.
