Christian was excellent! He finished a tiling, grouting and finishing when my previous contractor went AWOL. He has excellent attention to detail and was super tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending and will be calling on him again should I need any more jobs completed. 5 ??

Pat and his team have done an excellent job. We are very pleased with the result. There has always been clear communication and timely project management of the build. The team have always been helpful and responsive, with real care of the quality of the work done and attention to detail. Really professional! Had a stud wall removed from Kitchen and you would never be able to tell there was a wall there previously. Excellent throughout, would highly recommend!

A nice guy, who did the job, but I was glad to see leave!Substantially under estatimated the time the job would take. Despite being home, he made poor decisions without communicating with me e..g. initially fitted handrails stupidly , intended on leaving base of initial hadraill, left bricks on drive (despite advising him of attempted break in) expected me to get rid of waste, asked4payment mid way through (an intended 2 day job). Asked for more money after job was done, despite agreeing the price at outset

Nick and Stefan from N.B. Building services are a real find on this site. Their work ethic was fantastic - in the worst weather we've had for years - non stop rain, they completed my porch to an excellent standard whilst finishing in a short timeframe. They were great value for money and their work is of very high quality. There is no doubt I will use their services again. I have no hesitation in recommending them to other users of this site. I used the Fourth Room in March 2013 to do a variety of jobs in my elderly Father's garden. I found Stephen to be very reliable, always answering calls/emails and keeping appointements, professional, polite and friendly. He and his team worked tirelessly in sub zero temperatures to complete the work required to a very pleasing standard. I felt that the cost of the work was competative and good value for money. I will certainly use the Fourth Room again.

We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them. Marius and his team are fantastic. They are highly proficient across all the building disciplines so don't need to sub contract out any of the work, This means that the project runs incredibly smoothly and at a very competitive budget. I have nothing but praise for their work ethic, communication and organisation. I would recommend them to anyone. No matter how big the job, from bathroom fitting to multi storey extension, you are guaranteed a great result.

Zoltan was great. He took the time to design and plan with us, had a lot of patience for working out the detail... he was very clear in giving us timing brackets and delivering within that time. He loves what he does, and that is very visible in the quality of the carpentry and joinery he delivers. We would definitely recommend him to anyone as we are very happy with the results.

Replaced two external doors, came at short notice to complete the work. Was always on time, very helpful and courteous and the work carried was to a very good standard. Would definitely use again and would highly recommend.
