I am a qualified plasterer and decorator with over 20 years experience in the trade dealing with all aspects of plastering and decorating. I work alongside other tradesmen when called in to assist and am a fair and competent tradesman.
We are very happy with our job, Min came on time every day, he doesn't rush anything and does the job properly, he doesn't cut corners.. Very trustworthy, we left him a key when needed and let him crack on. Polite and very positive towards his work, nothing was a problem. We are very happy.
I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. Nicolae was great to work with, very accommodating, quick and unphased by bad weather. Did an excellent job with the blockwork at a good price and a good job with the plastering, which was little bit more expensive, but worth the assurance of having the same person do both jobs. Reliability? Communication? Completion of work in a timely manner? Quality of work? Customer Service? Cleanliness and respect for property? The job is done (in a fashion), but I am not convinced it will last or that the guarantee (which I apparently have) is worth anything. Unfortunately I could not recommend. I should not feel like I need to have a strong male physically present to deal with a tradesman (IYKYK). I will attach photos of evidence if I can, so you can see for yourself.
