He came out the same day he got in touch to have a look at what needed doing (knocking through between kitchen and living room, RSJ, blocking up/creating doors to other rooms), and we received the quote the next day as promised. Cleared the gutters as requested but failed to remedy the leaks from gutters and failed to return to review again.
