Really disappointed. Lovely guy, good workmanship but unbelievably unreliable. You have to chase really hard, he will tell you he's coming and then nothing. No communication, no arrival and no work. Started a job for us in August, it's now January and not complete. Given up on him. If you want a 2 week job to take 5 months and still be incomplete.....then he's highly recommended.

Despite significant issues with the suppliers of the showere tray and units, damaged products and other issues, Doug worked his magic and created a beautiful job. Initially we were happy as Tommy came out promptly to sort out a leak round a flat roof drain. He offered to seal it for £400 there and then which although it seemed a lot of money we agreed. However it continued to leak so he then came back and redid the job but this time he completely sealed the drain over and now the roof is like a swimming pool as the water cannot drain away so we have had to get another contractor to undo all the work that he did and start again. Over £400 wasted

Very pleased with newly installed sliding patio doors. The 2 gentlemen who installed it, were polite,friendly and helpful. They left the area clean and tidy. There was a slight problem with the lock, and they duly reported it to Louis Harbison. He came today to replace it but the barrel of the lock seems ok now. He is keeping the replacement barrel in case I have any more trouble. I would recommend this company for any work to be done
