Adam came and fitted out downstairs bathroom this week and he has done a wonderful job. Checked in with us about different options we had for silicone colours, helped us with the best aqua panels and fitted them, as well as being super patient when our panels arrived broken. He was calm, knew what he was doing and just overall done a perfect job. Would highly recommend and will be contacting him again to complete our upstairs bathroom renovation in the future. I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

Ernest did a brilliant job in a basement bedroom where water had come in under the wooden floor because of poor damp proofing around the foot of the lightwell outside. About 25% of the floor areaway affected. He removed this deftly and installed new boards he had sourced. The match is really good. He is every bit as good as his CV suggests.

Zakir did mess up the job badly. On first day, he turned up with a guy with strong smell of weed, when I queried about it, he asked innocently ' Is it a problem?'. Thankfully, he later removed that guy from property. I hired him for all the good reviews but my job was done to a very poor standard. He rushed through job though I was asking him to do it properly. All LVT tiles were coming up next day. I tried calling him multiple times to come back and fix it but without any luck.

Excellent service from start to finish. Initially came out to quote for an over-running toilet and fixed the issue. When a non-related leak appeared into the downstairs flat, he returned quickly the next day and resolved with a short term fix whilst waiting for parts. Came back a few days later to replace both parts. Communication was great throughout. Reliable, tidy and trustworthy, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and would definitely use again.
