Converted an old gravity-fed conventional boiler system to a combi boiler system, did an excellent job, continued working until the water could be re-connected on the first day so that we wouldn't be without overnight, left the property in a tidy manner and were very thoughtful of having minimal impact on our home (e.g. protecting carpets, new pipe placements). Very pleased and would hire again.

They contacted me really quickly which was fantastic in my urgent plumbing issue. However, the second contract that came round was a little disappointed with. Whilst the primary issue was fixed there was a new second issue that came about. He came a second time to sort but then wanted to further charge an emergency fee. I appreciate it was a weekend but something didn’t sit right. I called a completely different plumber who I trusted before and he said that the wrong part was used which meant it wasnt safe.
