Ian was the only gas engineer to respond to my post & he did so very promptly. He carried out the work swiftly & efficiently. The gas fire required a new part which he ordered that day & he returned the next day to complete the work at a reasonable cost. Many gas engineers shy away from fixing gas fires, so finding Ian was a relief. He is diligent & reliable & I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him.

He was really receptive to text messages, was very accommodating when we had to change the original work date, and was keen to get back to us as soon as the counters were re-fitted, so we had a working kitchen again. Really impressed with the work — Dijonay came around in the evening and worked non-stop from 6 pm until midnight. Not only fixed the leak but also replaced the old radiator as he suggested. Everything’s working perfectly now and he went above and beyond to make sure it was all done right. Couldn’t be happier with the result — highly recommend!

Dave is friendly but completely disorganised and does not reply to repeated calls or emails. He lost the instruction book for our boiler. Now he has not supplied any gas safety certificate, despite constantly asking for over a month. I am going to have to pay someone else to do this in addition to the money I paid him for the job. Very disappointed, my elderly mother who he did the work for has been ill with the worry
