Reliability? Communication? Completion of work in a timely manner? Quality of work? Customer Service? Cleanliness and respect for property? The job is done (in a fashion), but I am not convinced it will last or that the guarantee (which I apparently have) is worth anything. Unfortunately I could not recommend. I should not feel like I need to have a strong male physically present to deal with a tradesman (IYKYK). I will attach photos of evidence if I can, so you can see for yourself.

Plugged Electrical were hired to carry out a rewire of my property. The quality of work carried out was substandard and in some cases dangerous. As we were getting electric shocks from light switches they had installed, we get an independant inspector to check his work and he was horrified. Problems included wiring blocks not secured, Fuse board incorrectly labelled, switches not earthed, cables exposed and a fake EIC report that was never submitted to the council. They also never paid their plasterer!

We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. They worked hard, left the garden tidy, and took away all the waste. They were very pleasant and Emma, in particular, gave good advice regarding ongoing after care of the garden. However if I need to hire a LWB/ XLWB the rough rate is £45-£50 per hour. With a minimum charge of £100.00. Please note, I can price the job as a one off quote accurately. If you can provide the pickup and delivery address. In addition provide images of the items that you require to be relocated.
