Most flat roofs can be done in one single sheet with no need for any joins. The membrane has a life expectancy of 40+ years. Arrival roofing turned up and explained what needed doing to my roof . I was shown photographs of previous work carried out by them . We hired arrival roofing to do the work they turned up on time and did the work as explained and when finished left the place clean and tidy .
