We offer damp assessments for your property with a full report to guide you in the right direction eradicating current and future damp issues. Replaced the lead that had dropped off; fitted two cowls & in the process found an old broken tile (fixed that too). I then discussed an ongoing guttering issue I had (I was being given the run-around by another builder); he just did it! If I have another issue with my roof - hopefully not anytime soon - I would contact Joe, without hesitation.

Most flat roofs can be done in one single sheet with no need for any joins. The membrane has a life expectancy of 40+ years.
