Tom came around to quote exactly when he said he would. Provided a very competitive price for the work. The work was completed when he said he would (despite the horrendous weather) and he also provided videos of before and after work so I could see exactly what had been carried out. Most flat roofs can be done in one single sheet with no need for any joins. The membrane has a life expectancy of 40+ years.
