PB installed a new Velux window where an old skylight had been positioned. The job turned out to be more complicated than first anticipated. However, PBs staff stayed as long as the task took (working into the dark and coming back the next day) and charged no extra. They were punctual, polite, friendly, and professional and the job was reasonably priced.

Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5

We value each and every enquiry and price the job very competitively and each job is covered by a full written contract of works to ensure that each party is under no illusions as to the work tendered for, it is also surveyed by company surveyor ensuring all points are fully covered and checked before works commence and inspected and signed off at conclusion of install. To assist you further all and any initial payments are by card for mutual protections. All works are guaranteed 10 years in writing, all works sites are fully cleaned down with all old and surplus materials removed and disposed of. All in all you can rest assured that you have made the right choice of contractors.

Would not recommend this company. Lack of communication about start date. Numerous excuses about delays at factory re frames then glass. Work eventually completed . Felt pressured to pay balance even though I was not completely satisfied with the job.

Lee Warburton from Lock Hub made an arrangement to visit for a quote, but never arrived and made no attempt to inform me. I then contacted him to arrange another visit for a quote and once again he never turned up, even though I checked with him the day before to ensure that he would honour the arrangement. Consequently, I find it hard to trust someone who does not meet their obligations .
