Initially we were happy as Tommy came out promptly to sort out a leak round a flat roof drain. He offered to seal it for £400 there and then which although it seemed a lot of money we agreed. However it continued to leak so he then came back and redid the job but this time he completely sealed the drain over and now the roof is like a swimming pool as the water cannot drain away so we have had to get another contractor to undo all the work that he did and start again. Over £400 wasted

Best avoid these people! The quote doubled once the arrived. The standard of work left my roof with a bigger leak than before they arrived! They deliberately bodged the work to look ok from the ground but once you looked at from a ladder, you could easily see that they had not replaced the concrete that I had paid for. I ended up paying £1700 for 6 pan tiles and a quick wipe of concrete. When I contacted them about this, they said that they had fixed my leak and any further work would cost more!

Responded quickly to enquiry and provided an acceptable quote. Undertook the work speedily but unfortunately damaged the electric wire serving sockets in the garage, which they undertook to repair. However their electrician failed to turn up to do the work meaning we had to arrange. Their final cleaning up was very poor.
