Initially we were happy as Tommy came out promptly to sort out a leak round a flat roof drain. He offered to seal it for £400 there and then which although it seemed a lot of money we agreed. However it continued to leak so he then came back and redid the job but this time he completely sealed the drain over and now the roof is like a swimming pool as the water cannot drain away so we have had to get another contractor to undo all the work that he did and start again. quick response head man very pleasant started off with a £5000 quoted from Pictures,when. he got here he found other damage quote increased to £15000 did the work in the time frame had to call them back several times because they just hadn't cleared up probably at least they did return mainly because I held funds,failed to use matching tiles on the roof caps which look out of place,they took down solar panels told me they would re install they failed was promised a call back never heard another thing.
