I believe that he diagnosed correctly the problem with the roof. I can’t confirm yet whether the leak has been resolved. I’ll have to wait until it rains!

Jason and his team at JW Roofline have done a great job removing and replacing all of our fascia, soffit guttering and drainpipes over the past 2 days. I considered a few companies and chose this company based on them offering complete replacement and photos of previous work on their website and on mybuilder also. They removed all the old wood rather than just covering it up, so it was a professional job. Highly recommend this business as they specialise in roofline replacement.

Joe was a pleasure to deal with. A competitive quote (cf. the other trader that quoted). Replaced the lead that had dropped off; fitted two cowls & in the process found an old broken tile (fixed that too). I then discussed an ongoing guttering issue I had (I was being given the run-around by another builder); he just did it! If I have another issue with my roof - hopefully not anytime soon - I would contact Joe, without hesitation.

Simon the first caller, went above and beyond the view to correctly diagnose the source of our problems and thereby left the competition in the shade. Best avoid these people! The quote doubled once the arrived. The standard of work left my roof with a bigger leak than before they arrived! They deliberately bodged the work to look ok from the ground but once you looked at from a ladder, you could easily see that they had not replaced the concrete that I had paid for. I ended up paying £1700 for 6 pan tiles and a quick wipe of concrete. When I contacted them about this, they said that they had fixed my leak and any further work would cost more!

I hired this company to fix my garage roof. The guy who runs it, called Jimmy, advised me to install these sheets. He never screwed those sheets and never came to fix it. He scheduled to come three times and never showed up. Avoid this company
