No reservations in recommending William Winter. He and his two lads attended promptly and worked diligently to repair the chimney and roofing to a high standard. The boys were polite and appreciative of cold drinks offered. William took photos of the damage and his quote was more than reasonable. Helpfully, he pointed out areas that could prove troublesome which were dealt with promptly.

What can one say it took a bit ( looking at the ratings I thought it might take a while as I them to be expected to busy ) But when they got to me they did an amazing job in only around 6 hours , completerly removed flat roof over bay window/ front door with all edgings ect, wonderful job. Best avoid these people! The quote doubled once the arrived. The standard of work left my roof with a bigger leak than before they arrived! They deliberately bodged the work to look ok from the ground but once you looked at from a ladder, you could easily see that they had not replaced the concrete that I had paid for. I ended up paying £1700 for 6 pan tiles and a quick wipe of concrete. When I contacted them about this, they said that they had fixed my leak and any further work would cost more!

An outstanding trades person. I posted the job in February but had to save up before the work could be done. Phil waited and he did the work for me in June. The weather was very hot but that didn't stop Phil from getting on with the job ,nor did problems he encountered .. He is a problem solver and repaired the problem before finishing his own job and he cleaned up at the end of each day. 5 stars .
