An excellent tradesman! Mark responded quickly to advert, came the same day to look at the work and gave a very competitive quote. On the arranged day he arrived on time and started work immediately. The job took a day longer than anticipated (due to the building structure NOT Mark) and at the end of each day he left the site clean and tidy. Prompt and very reassuring as I was in a panic. Temp repair within a couple of hours which fully held the torrential rain out. Scaffold arrived next day and the roof fully repaired by the end of the day. They even cleaned my gutter while they were up there! Kept me fully informed throughout, with photos of what they had done, and has rung since to make sure everything is OK in the terrible weather. Would definitely recommend.

Initially we were happy as Tommy came out promptly to sort out a leak round a flat roof drain. He offered to seal it for £400 there and then which although it seemed a lot of money we agreed. However it continued to leak so he then came back and redid the job but this time he completely sealed the drain over and now the roof is like a swimming pool as the water cannot drain away so we have had to get another contractor to undo all the work that he did and start again. Over £400 wasted

Booked Christian for carpet fitting and paid a £200 deposit. He failed to turn up on the agreed day while I was waiting at the property, then sent vague, last-minute excuses about damaged materials. Phone calls were ignored and communication was evasive. Confidence lost due to the lack of professionalism and reliability, totally wasted my day, and I had to cancel and now pursue recovery of the deposit. Very poor experience — proceed with extreme caution.”
