We were only planning to have new wooden double glazed windows for the front of the house, but were actually able to have new windows for the whole house. Communication was really good and clear, we knew what was going on and when. The tiler was a nice guy, did mostly a good job, left a bit of a mess in areas and left one of the electrical sockets hanging off but nobodies perfect. That aside, good service and overall a decent job, made my kitchen look much better! Would recommend.
