Amazing service From Alen and his team. His quote beat the competition by far, but without any compromise on the windows. We were only planning to have new wooden double glazed windows for the front of the house, but were actually able to have new windows for the whole house. Alen also made suggestions which we had not thought about. He said we would have beautiful new windows and he has delivered. Clean, polite and kept informed throughout the process. We value each and every enquiry and price the job very competitively and each job is covered by a full written contract of works to ensure that each party is under no illusions as to the work tendered for, it is also surveyed by company surveyor ensuring all points are fully covered and checked before works commence and inspected and signed off at conclusion of install. To assist you further all and any initial payments are by card for mutual protections. All works are guaranteed 10 years in writing, all works sites are fully cleaned down with all old and surplus materials removed and disposed of. All in all you can rest assured that you have made the right choice of contractors.
Would not recommend this company. Lack of communication about start date. Numerous excuses about delays at factory re frames then glass. Work eventually completed . Felt pressured to pay balance even though I was not completely satisfied with the job.

Lee Warburton from Lock Hub made an arrangement to visit for a quote, but never arrived and made no attempt to inform me. I then contacted him to arrange another visit for a quote and once again he never turned up, even though I checked with him the day before to ensure that he would honour the arrangement. Consequently, I find it hard to trust someone who does not meet their obligations .
