Crucially, they installed it without removing skirting, which others said was impossible. The floor looks excellent, but some snags have emerged. Malachi installed some coat hooks for us and did a great job - he patched up the wall where the previous hooks had broken off, and then put up new hooks which were a huge improvement on what we had before.
