My name is Max Akkaya and my company started with plumbing and bathroom refurbishments after graduating from my NVQ level 2 course in Heating and Ventilation. In the last 20 years we have evolved into One Stop Design and Construction Ltd - a fully insured company that covers all aspects of home improvements such as loft conversions, extensions and bespoke refurbishments. I have worked both in first fix carpentry which includes framing, sub floors etc to second fox which includes architraves, skirting, flooring and hanging doors. Of recent years l have worked a lot as a cabinet maker so l am quite versatile. No job is too small, l will even come and put together some flat pack furniture for you or simply hang a shelf as l do realise not anyone has the tools or knows someone that can do a small job for them.
