Bujar was very prompt in response to my initial posting, calling to assess the job within a day and then confirming a start date for the work. He and his team did an excellent job on the hall tiling and also managing the cloakroom plumbing ( moving a sink and toilet) to complete the tiling here. Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. I was happy and paid as this plumber said he was coming back to fit some caps later in the week. Since, I have noticed the tap has been plumbed incorrectly hot to cold and vice versa, he did not return with the caps. I think he was just lying that what he wanted to fit was better because he forgot to put them on when fitting the shower and my sink isn’t attached to the wall securely. I have given him a couple of months now to put it right but he ignores my calls and texts.

This company is Totally a waste of time I spoke with a Mr Shane, we booked an appointment for Thursday for him to come and start the job. I took the day off from work and had to arrange for childcare for my 7 month y/o so I could be free tried calling numerous times, days leading up to the appointment no answer left voicemails no response ended up not showing and I have now got to look for an alternative last min have lost money as I cant work and have had to pay for childcare. *Avoid* this tradesman.
