I engaged Pol Builders initially to replace the flooring on my landing. They did an excellent job, ensuring minimum disruption. I was so pleased with the standard of workmanship, they then completed, the hall, stairs and landing redecoration, installing panelling and laying LVT in the hallway to a very high standard. For the alarm system. He did Not set it up. Also installed the door bell which does not work correctly , nor connect. I have contacted him . He said that he would come around. He has not come around or answered my messages. He is not professional or reliable. I am going to ask him to take he’s equipment and refund fully
