Showers, electric heating, underfloor heating, extra sockets, rewires, lighting, fuse boards, etc My son has just undertaken a 6 week plastering course, and with myself being self trained and helping, I am also trying to build up his business profile We are highly trustworthy and give a very fair price, We do not like or want to rip people off. I am happy to do emergency or weekend work. I also worked as a kitchen/bathroom fitter for John Lewis for a number of years and therefore am very conscientious of the quality of work expected from high-end clients. After I posted my enquiry, Lawrence phoned me within half an hour. We discussed the job, he gave me a price , and I accepted it later. He did the job to our complete satisfaction, 3 days later, arriving at 8.00am. He laid a new laminate floor in a small conservatory, and took up and laid a new floor in the kitchen. It was wet and he had to walk from the house to the outside garage to do the cutting. He kept to his quote, but I gave him extra for the awkward door threshold strips. Definitely recommended.

Over all, an excellent job was done although due to poor weather, a three day job became a three week one. Several unseen problems became apparent during this work, but everything was explained and reasons given for delays / further expense. Time keeping wasn’t great as on many occasions they’d arrive after 09:00 and would have gone by 16:00 at the latest. However, very satisfied with the result.

Mike and his team are really lovely people, nothing was too much trouble. Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.
