Nigel visited us to assess the work and quote for the job. He turned up on time and was pleasant to deal with and answered all our questions. He also contacted us prior the starting the job to arrange a date and time. Unlike other tradespeople he turned on time on each of the 3 days it took to complete the work. Marius was outstanding in every respect. We recently bought a house that had engineered oak wood flooring that has been stained in a dark tone. Marius sanded back the floor to the original oak finish across the whole of the downstairs. It completely transformed the floor, was meticulously sanded and beautifully finished. Marius was thorough, professional and an expert at his trade. He was easy, pleasant to have around and explained the whole process from the start. He delivered on time and was great value.
