AVOID AT ALL COSTS I can't recommend Tom. Previously TH&Jones Ltd he has changed the company name. He has left us with an extension that doesn't meet building regulations and needs to be taken down. Our house unsalable. I have an independent report to support it. Insufficient foundation, no damp course, insufficient insulation, incorrect installation of roof. He said he would rectify if we paid for 'things unquoted' but failed to show exactly what. We haven't heard from him in months. Stay away!!

Malachi installed some coat hooks for us and did a great job - he patched up the wall where the previous hooks had broken off, and then put up new hooks which were a huge improvement on what we had before. Tom from Pink Hippo Tree Surgery did an excellent job. He arrived early, was polite, and very professional, handling even a difficult and aggressive neighbour calmly and firmly. He skilfully thinned a large silver birch overhanging our garden, cut back an overgrown Fiddle-Leaf Fig, and trimmed other trees. He cleared a large amount of waste and left everything tidy. Highly recommended for both the quality of work and professionalism under pressure.
