Although personable, he did an appalling job and left the poor lady with raw sewage leaking and a dreadful smell. She was very distressed for months and it cost over £1800 to put the work right. He is an honest, tidy and thorough builder, willing to accommodate the building manager's questions and happy to make amendments.
